How can you get through COVID or other life challenges and stay sane, happy, and balanced? One of the answers that I have found most helpful is to feel and express gratitude daily. At 16, I survived a near-death accident. Now, 40 years later I am inspired to share with you various tools that have helped me to access and feel gratitude even in the darkest times.
