It all starts with a dream, a date, and destiny. What Jewel Neuman thought was just one more thing to battle at Katy High turns out to be so much more. At first, she didn't want a part of this fight. But when she comes face to face with a darkness uglier than she ever knew, now comes the most crucial choice of her life. Will she stay and unite with her new friends against this evil?
