Skylar Forrester and Oliver Woodman did not have the typical, all-American childhood. No, these two grew up in a fallout shelter after the world was destroyed by nuclear war when they were only five years old. It is all they have ever known since neither of them has any memory of life before the world went to hell. Their friendship was the only thing that kept them sane.
