Something Kind of Surprising

Carter Warren is my best friend. We've been friends since we were kids, and we still have fun together. I'm back in my hometown after being away for a few years. I've opened a bakery, the Endearing Bakery, and life seems perfect.

Except my best friend is starting to act squirrelly, especially after we kiss. The kiss came out of nowhere, and now, I'm not sure how I feel. It was an amazing kiss that's turned my life upside down.
