Souls and Destiny

Karen has an ability no other witch possesses. Karen Sakura can cast spells without souls, she has no need to take another's soul for her own gain. But since witches are under a contract with the demon king, Karen is the target of much controversy. In school she was hated by other witches, in the mortal world she is hated by mortals for her being a witch, and the Other Realm beings fear her capabilities not understanding her ability to bypass soul taking. One day at work setting up for an event Karen meets Solum VonHalour. After multiple warnings from his older brother Sol decides to pursue Karen, having found himself undeniably drawn to her; for the first time in five millennia, a woman sparks interest within him. But Karen is a Soul Witch and the most stubborn woman he has ever met. This woman, this witch reminds him of the past and of the family he is desperate to find. But she is so obsessed with protecting all those around her that when things take a turn, her own, as well as other lives, becomes threatened. Karen and Sol have to make their own choices; protect themselves or protect each other.
