Half of Me: An Inward Journey Back Home to Wholeness is a thematic memoir that debuts Jennifer Gellock's, PhD first collection of poetry. In the summer of 2020, Jen experienced emotional burnout that led her on a path to bring her dysregulated nervous system back into balance. Writing in her journal became a daily practice that transformed into an expression of poetry. Over three years, not only did poetry begin to heal her nervous system, but the daily practice also ended-up healing her heart.

In this book, Jen invites readers into her story of inner awakening and at the same time, engages you to go on your own inward journey. The book is separated into six parts: life pivots, liberation, creativity, connection, surrender, and trust. It was designed with an intentional framework to guide readers through an inward process of uncovering their own unconscious belief patterns through self-reflection and prompted journaling exercises. So, come with Jen as she guides us all to come back home to wholeness together.
