God Is Bigger: Than The Mountain You Are Facing

When cancer comes calling on your fiftieth birthday, what do you do? It would be very easy to be angry. It would feel natural to ask, "why me?"

Through the monumental battle with cancer, Russell L. Estes shows us that the diagnosis doesn't have to be so fearful. In fact, you could turn it into something that glorifies the ultimate Healer-Christ!

"God is Bigger" tells us that the greatest lesson of faith is in the acknowledgement that God is good-all the time. Faith by its very nature must be tested and tried. And the real trial of faith is not that we find it difficult to trust God, but that God's character must be proven trustworthy in our own minds.

There will always be moments of uncertainty. Those moments are where we find comfort in Christ, His Word, our faith, and His promise.

The pursuit of God has no shortcuts. You simply must keep walking, keep seeking, and keep climbing. The mountain placed before you may seem like an unreachable summit. "God is Bigger" tells us it is very reachable and encourages us to keep climbing, and you won't be disappointed.

God is good all the time, even when we face some of life's biggest obstacles. And when our faith rests in the fact that "God is bigger", there's no mountain too big to climb.
