"hold her, but let her go" is a collection of poems and writings exploring the themes of healing and letting go. In her second book, Alysia writes about the process of embracing, forgiving, thanking, and releasing the past versions of ourselves that helped us to get to this point in time, allowing us to see how worthy we are of receiving what is here now and what is to come.
