The Hurricane & Its Aftermath

The Hurricane & Its Aftermath is split into two parts that take the reader through a collection of poems I wrote between the ages of 15 and 20. They detail my experiences with things almost every teenager faces - anxiety, self-esteem issues, fear, and more - along with one of my personal experiences of being the victim of an adult who abused their power. Most importantly, they talk about how I survived all of it. No matter what stage of life you are in, I hope you are able to find yourself within these pages and realize that yes, you can get through it.
