Take a Moment of Hygge

In the busy and sometimes stressful world we live in, we all need to pause and take a breath. My goal in writing Take a Moment of Hygge is to nurture the soul, not redesign or find your inner self. (Hygge is a Danish concept that describes feelings of contentment, providing simple, peaceful moments of tranquility.) Through poems and Hygge illustrations within three sections, I hope readers are inspired to enjoy Hygge around them, consider the potential of Hygge around them, and then help create Hygge of their own. May this Hygge book travel wherever you go and provide Hygge moments when other opportunities aren't immediately available. Many hygge returns!
