Dark Side of the Glass

Sixteen-year-old Ronnie Rae, the only girl of Indigenous heritage at her prestigious Georgia prep school, longs to escape the trailer park. One day, she discovers her younger brother Caleb has been brutally attacked and her mother is missing. Caleb tells her that the popular fantasy series they read as children is real, and that the villain from the series, the sinister Vicomte Viprus, has taken their mother to the enchanted world of Amarynth.

Ronnie and her best friends, tomboy Miranda and wisecracking Jordy, journey to Amarynth, a realm plunged in endless night. There, they learn that the only way to defeat Viprus is by claiming the four enchanted Touchstones, each of which channels the power of an element. Joined by gentle shepherd Thabo and gruff ranger Kar'a, Ronnie and her companions must battle inner and outer demons to prove their worth. Will they claim all of the Touchstones in time to defeat Viprus and rescue Ronnie's mother? Or will they remain trapped forever on the DARK SIDE OF THE GLASS?
