Poetry from the Depths: The Journey of a Wandering Soul

I started this journey from a college class on creative writing. Little did I know I had any poetic talent at the time. But during a crisis my inner poet emerged. These poems were almost entirely written during a mental breakdown, hence from the depths. I was wandering from madness to sanity, and I poured my heart and soul out on paper. During this time, everything just flowed with a variety of poetry, from more philosophical poems to love poetry to a variety of genres. But how does one summarize a collection of poetry? It's all subjective and varied so you kinda gotta try it out for yourself. Hopefully mine makes you think like you've never thought before and maybe even make your depths smile. Why do we write poetry? John Keating: "To woo women..." and I hope and pray I find the right girl from this. My poetry has many iconic and quotable lines that will hopefully brighten and encourage the lives of others.
