Why I Am Me: Surviving Grief and Trauma

My book is an account of my life growing up. It began as a journal but with the encouragement of others, it became a book. I truly hope it can help others who are going to similar circumstances. It includes trauma in the form of abuse as well as dealing with the intense grief with the loss of my husband when I was 24 and my son in 2012, There are ups and there are downs but through my faith in Jesus Christ and working with counselors, I came out the other side.
