Utopian Massacre

Rob Botnic comes home to find his family murdered.
The police can't be bothered to deal with such things, to keep crime down - in name.

Thus starts his rampage of revenge through the endless utopian city, full of weird human-subspecies, underground weapons-dealers, homicidal criminals and soulless bureaucrats.
