Bloods and Vamps

The world is not a dark place where vampires rule the world. Humans are used as slaves and food. No longer hunting for victims the vampires had gotten lazy and lost many of their powers.
One night three young vampires are staked and a former police detective is told to find the killer. But as the murders become more brutal he suspect they are dealing with serial killer. Worst the trail is leading to Lady Gwen. One of the few vampire who has not only kept her powers but has no love for this new world.
