The Agency kept werewolves out of Washington D.C. for over 200 years - then Geoff Cooper and his pack showed up. Despite The Agency's best efforts, Cooper and his wolves were intractable, and its mission was compromised. Now, a twisted monster rampages across Washington D.C., freed from a prison the agents had been unknowingly safeguarding.
