In the quiet moments of a calm day, the sound of sudden laughter, a poem, or passing by a cherished photo can shatter the calmness and take me back to when life was all love and light-when my children were alive. In those moments I'll feel the strong urge to reach out to them-hug them, have chitchat, or look into their beautiful faces. But then, I can't-they're gone and are never coming back-a bitter truth I've to live with.
