Lincoln vs. Biden

This book compares the actions President Lincoln took as the result of the confederate states seceding from the union in order to preserve slavery in the confederate states, and the actions President Biden has taken as the result of Donald Trump and the Republican Party engaging in a non-violent (according to Peter Navarro, over 100 members of Congress conspired with Trump to overturn the 2020 election even before election day) and a violent insurrection to overturn the 2020 election, and how not holding Republicans accountable for the insurrection led to the re-election of insurrectionists who have demonstrated the intent to terminate the United States Constitution, which they will have to swear an oath to before taking offices in 2025, and establish an authoritarian form of government in the United States. I also compare how Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was used after the Civil War, with how Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was used after the insurrection that began in 2020 and has been continuing ever since. I also examine how the United States Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice John Roberts, prevented the effective application of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
