Where Were You God When We Needed You? Unlocking the Purpose and Power of Prayer

Sometimes, life can feel really hard. Things happen that make us feel sad, scared, or confused, and we can't help but ask, "God, where were you when we needed you?" It's a difficult question that comes from feeling hurt, especially when it seems like no one is there to help us.

When we're upset, it can feel like a storm inside us. Our emotions like sadness, anger, and fear can feel too big to handle. We might cry, feel lonely, or even get mad at God because it seems like He isn't answering us.

In those moments, we often try to find answers. We pray and ask for help, hoping God will make everything better right away. But when we don't hear or see an answer right away, it's easy to feel like giving up. We might think, "Maybe God doesn't care about me," or, "What's the point of hoping?"
