On the eve of that momentous night, January 3, 2023, my husband and I had retired to our bed after a gruelling day's work, around 10 PM, GMT. Approximately at 1 AM, I suddenly awoke to the sound of an unusual cough emanating from my husband. Given his penchant for playful antics when sleep eluded him, I initially dismissed it. I also considered the possibility that he might be caught in a vivid dream. However, the cough grew increasingly distressing, and it was not long before his breathing stopped, and his heart fell silent, leaving his face contorted.
