The End is Near

A zombie apocalypse. What more would a lonely teenager with too much of an imagination for his own good want?

An outcast and a weirdo, Marco Raymond is 16 when a horrific virus outbreak derails society in less than a week. Monsters begin to roam the land, devouring anyone they meet, and something all too strange is happening to the animals and other survivors that only makes everything worse.
Alone and abandoned, he retreats to the wilderness with nothing but his stockpiled survival gear to keep him alive.
He thought he had planned for this event, but is it really possible to plan for an apocalypse? Injuries and murder hangs in the air constantly, and with the rapid cooling of winter, Marco cannot afford to simply hide in the forest and camp out in wait for his brother. Where will he go? Who will he meet?
Will he survive, or meet his untimely end in the wilderness?
