The Order has failed its mission. The timeline is in shambles.

Gerald Holstrom is a Genous Repeatous, a repeating immortal, a Journeyer. He is one of the founding members of The Order, a group of people that is responsible for maintaining the timeline so other Journeyers can live in relative peace and obscurity.

The only problem is, he doesn't remember anything before his most recent life. After waking up from a life sentence for killing the woman he is madly in love with, Gerald finds out his memories have been taken from him. Thousands of years, millions of experiences gone in an instant.

Gerald fights desperately to figure out what the man who destroyed his life is up to. He also fights to regain the trust of Aubrey, who believes that Gerald is responsible for her kidnapping.

When Gerald runs into an immortal who remembers everything about Gerald's past, it starts a sequence of events that results in a reset of the timeline to a future that is darker than Gerald could ever imagine.
