I was born with music in my heart and my mouth so it was very natural that I pursue music both as an expression to God and as a profession. I began singing almost as soon as I could talk. I think that I may have been singing before I walked, as I didn't walk until I was eighteen months old because of flat feet. So, I scooted and sang.
When I was two years old, my mother tells me that I sang all of the songs that I knew for anyone who would listen, but otherwise I was very shy. You may think by this introduction that this is all about me, but read on... because it is about you.
I am only taking this opportunity to explain how I came to be a seeker of both God and His music. It is also about how God took a girl child and made her into someone who wanted to see the world come into a transforming relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. So, it is about what Jesus can do in the world, in a person, and through the pure worship of our Lord Jesus Christ.
And so, dear reader, I want to relate to you many things that I have learned. As of this writing, I am many years on this earth from the time of my birth. I have had so many experiences and understandings that I want to relate to you. So, where to begin? I can begin at the beginning...
