Solus Volume I: An Anthological Short Story Collection Featuring Dark Mysteries and Tales of Macabre

In those dark places where one is most alone and all has been lost, there is only ever one way out... To venture into the darkness to try and find the light.

This anthological short story collection features five transgressive tales including the stories of five separate characters amongst different realities and worlds who are challenged with life and death. As they must confront their greatest fears and the horrors of their past and their future, they are each forced to take on their final battle.
Lake Nirvana: A suicidal recluse debates over the meaning of his life, philosophy, and impending death as he stands on a mystical bridge's edge.

The Keeper of Worlds: In a seemingly typical bar during after-hours, several drunken sinners become trapped inside by the barkeeper who is harbouring a grave secret.

A Sailor's Death: A desperately lonely and unfulfilled young sailor who has been unable to get over his father's death embarks on his final, desperate voyage into the Atlantic,

The Devil Be Him: An elderly preacher in an idyllic suburb encounters an enigmatic young man who seeks to challenge everything he has ever stood for.

Mon Bete Noir: A neurotic madman recounts the events leading up to his death, during which he chases a strange beast into its lair.

They have only one thing in common... They are all SOLUS.
