Light for each day: Poems of hope

I have experienced seasons of great discouragement and have found myself struggling through darkness and pain, through suffering and doubt. For over 18 years I have had to live with chronic pain and during this time I have wrestled with the 'why's' that I have found myself asking. I went through a period of depression and for a while didn't know how I was every going to overcome. God's word remained a beacon of help and hope to me, and as I spent time in His word, God was faithful to speak to me and encourage me. I know from personal experience how difficult it is to find encouragement. The poems within this book have come from a place of personal struggle and my hope is that you will find strength, help and hope from them. Light for each day, that would shine in and through the darkness and remind you that God loves you and that He is ever present with us, even when we don't feel Him.
