Marine Safety Officers, Ocean Lifeguards, rescues, riots, storm surf, law enforcement, Jr. Lifeguard Program Development, all played a part in the many challenges faced by Lifeguard legend, Douglas D'Arnall, during his 35 year career with the city of Huntington Beach, CA..
