For the ones who need a reminder that their childhood trauma, mental health or heartbreak does not define them. For the ones who are still learning what it means to be human, with deep and messy emotions. For the ones who need to know that everything they are feeling is normal, and they are going to be okay. For the ones who need hope and encouragement on their darkest days. For the ones who need a reminder that they are worthy and deserving of love. For the ones who are not quite healed, but are somewhere in the messy in-between. These words are for you.
