What am I doing with my life? What is my purpose? These are the questions I kept asking myself. I sounded like a broken record. No direction, no motivation, and definitely no confidence.
One day I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, so decided to write. I wrote the good, the bad, and the ugly. I reached into my past to understand what made me end up where I was, then look into my future to see where I needed to be. Thus began my journey into writing my autobiography through poetry.
I hope my poems help others to realize their potential and their purpose. To learn from the past, but also to let go.
Remember, bad times don't last time forever. There is always a light peaking through the darkness.
