This is a collection of eight haunting short stories. These stories all take place in the northern desert of Nevada known as the Great Basin. Each story is unique and takes place within the same area of the Great Basin. While hoping to showcase the beatify of the desert, but also the dangers this place holds for all.

Five of the stories take place in or around the town of Fallon, Nevada the others all take place in the surrounding desert around familiar landmarks. Pulling from history, local lore, and imagination, these stories will create a whole new image of the Nevada desert.
