23 year old Vivian Beckham is a Physical Therapist in Savannah, Georgia at a major hospital. Cooper Mays is a new patient, who needs therapy on his left leg after breaking it, in a skiing accident. He is unhappy to be there and takes his pain out on Vivian. Once she does her magic on him and his six weeks of therapy are over, she is happy.
