I know the type of woman Dex usually goes for-wild, sultry, and as famous as he is. Pretty much the complete opposite of me. And it would be a terrible idea to get tangled up with a guy like him.

Despite my battle to keep my distance, the chemistry between us is undeniable. As Dex starts opening up, I begin seeing him as more than the infamous superstar, more than the tattoos and piercings and glossy magazine covers. It feels like he's promising me something . . . something I can't resist, even if it means letting him break me.
