Author has also made an attempt to capture about 20 industries and nearly 80% of today's jobs that in his opinion are most likely to get displaced within the next 10 years. Please do not treat this as scare-mongering or fear-mongering.
This book helps one understand basics of AI and also what kind of skills one can acquire to stay relevant going forward in business or in profession. These skills may be relevant for now and for next few years and not necessarily for ever. One needs to be cognisance to the reality that the skills we are required to acquire are no longer for life or at least not necessarily for life. next, another sincere attempt made in this book by the author is to analyse how 20 industries get affected by the evolution of AI and in many cases the impact are already begun to show and many that are discussed are likely to impact in the years to come. While, the author's analysis suggests that these are the likely outcome across each of those sectors in the next ten years, one should be open minded to receive them as a guide or reference not necessarily an ultimate truth. While, some may happen much sooner and some may happen far later and the intent of author is to get as many people to be aware of the possibilities, not necessary good or bad. Awareness is the first step to prepare for any eventuality. Once being aware, each can work on upgrading skills and learning to cope with possibilities and also prepare to stay relevant.

Also, most of our governments and policy makers are also not keeping themselves aware of the change that artificial intelligence is likely to bring about but not even preparing for the consequences of the change that the world is likely to face with and the population having to deal with.
