"My Sliding Doors" is a chronical of some of the many events that shaped who I am and my evolution as a human being shaped through the lens as a Black man in America.
A motherless and fatherless child, a survivor of sexual abuse, an outed nonmember of a Black fraternity, a drug dealer, a nightclub owner and an award winning journalist are all titles that I hold. And while my circumstances are unique, there's a universality in my story.
