Dr. Solomon is a retired public school educator and administrator. He is the proud father of three adult children.

The inspiration for writing this book comes from his experiences as a parent himself and experiences interacting with many parents as a public school educator and administrator. Dr. Solomon shares many proven parenting strategies he has used throughout the years to achieve some amazing results. He believes that parenting is difficult but also very rewarding when it is done effectively. That is why he has committed his time and energy toward helping parents to achieve successful outcomes raising their children. In addition to this book, Dr. Solomon can provide additional resources for parents such as handouts, coaching and seminars.
