"Officer and Gentleman" - first falling in love with his future British wife in Bavaria, Germany - where Arthur was deployed as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army. It was indeed Love at First Sight.

Then, years later, as an Attorney and International Law Professor in London, the Love of Britain continues with his then lovely new Dutch wife and darling daughters - this wonderful love of Great Britain, and the British as a thankful professor teaching in London and loving the countryside, arts, and culture: exploring galleries, theaters, music venues, festivals, and all that quintessential Britain has to offer.

Recently, while living and teaching first in London, then Geneva, then minutes from the "legal Capital of the World" The Hague, NL, - meeting Royalty, Ambassadors, and wonderful international students, as well as previously meeting Movie and Rock Stars, and the very lovely women in my life and above all - "the greatest gifts of life" my two darling daughters and their lovely Dutch mommy.
