Post L Group Construction's Standard Operating Procedure Manual

The Standard Operating Procedures Manual is provided to all managers of Post L Group Construction to ensure that they demonstrate and communicate the company's high ethical standard of conduct to all employees. This Policy and Procedure Manual has been created to outline the expectations that Executive Leadership has for our team members, as well as what our team members can expect from their leaders.

Management has established a system of internal controls that provide reasonable assurance that, in all material respects, assets of the company are maintained and accounted for in accordance with management's authorization, and that transactions are recorded accurately on the books of the company. Our internal controls provide for appropriate separation of duties and responsibilities, and in areas where duties cannot be separated, compensating controls are in place. The procedures define the internal controls in place, and the plan for augmenting controls as the company grows.

Our aim is to ensure that each team member's experience with Post L Group is both fulfilling and enjoyable while maintaining safety and quality work at a profit.
