In Volume 4 of the Letters to Myself series, Jen Taylor, LCSW, takes her 24+ years of experience as a New York City-based spiritual psychotherapist to turn the focus on abuse, bullying & religious cults. Abuse, bullying & religious cults are all based on power and control. It is by destroying the autonomy and uniqueness of the individual that the abuser/bully/cult succeeds in having control over them.
