The fast pace of life did not give me enough time to communicate with my children; either I was busy, or they were. Most of the time they were on the computer doing their homework or on the Internet. I found the easiest way to reach them was e-mail, so I started to send them an e-mail message every week. In those messages, I explained my opinion on different topics that were happening that week. I wrote about family, social, political, and medical issues that affected their lives. As a Christian, I stressed the importance of God in our life.
