Unabashed and Barefaced

This collection includes my most sacred pieces. Navigating life as a female feeling unaccomplished, being married and separated under two years and trying to accept that my downtime in life does not make me failure. It has a combination of poems I wrote to myself on my darkest days when my companion were words and tears. As the eldest child, you do not get a manuscript, just the pressure of excelling at every aspect in life because you are the role model for those who follow.
