The Book is about the fact that in spite of the failures of many marriages today, one can still be successful at it if God is involved from the very beginning. Hence the title of the book ( Marriage still Works). It takes the determination of the two people involved to carry out their God given responsibilities in their marriage.

It also states that if God is involved in your initial choice of a partner, and with solid foundation, one can enjoy the God ordained purpose for marriage. Just as a manufacturer gives a manual for his/her product, God has given us the Bible as His manual for a successful marriage. We just have to tap into it by reading it.
