Jack Thunder is a simple storm gremlin with a simple life. Since he always remembered, he has lived with his sister, studying magical spells and re-reading stories about the heroes of old day after day. One day, while searching for Air crystals for a new spell, Jack Thunder stumbles upon something he's never seen before; a powerful magical staff buried deep within a cave. This is the first title in "Jack Thunder and the Fragments of Anima: " a series of short novellas about the adventure of a little storm gremlin who finds a powerful magical artifact inside of a mountain and goes on an epic quest to make friends across the world and prevent the Heart of Darkness from returning and draining the world of Altairus of all its magic. On his journey, he must find the six Fragments of Anima, powerful magical artifacts imbued with the essence of each of the six elements; Air, Water, Darkness, Earth, Fire, and Light. Once upon a time, the Fragments were called upon to banish the Heart of Darkness back to the Flipside. Now, Jack Thunder and his friends must use them to save the world from utter destruction once again.
