How Do You Feel Today?: A Guide for Kids to Understand and Express Their Feelings.

As a psychologist, I strongly believe emotions are a fundamental part of humans. Understanding, recognizing, and expressing our emotions can often be challenging, especially for children who are still learning about the world around them. By empowering our kids and teaching them about emotions, we can support them in developing the skills needed to navigate their feelings, understand, and communicate with others more efficiently.

This book will explore the five basic human emotions (Happiness, sadness, anger, disgust, and fear) in five short stories with beautiful illustrations. In addition, at the end of the book, we will have some fun activities and games to foster our emotional education.

Emotional intelligence is not a fixed phenomenon. Emotionally educated children are better prepared to cope with stress, solve their everyday problems, and make good decisions. By learning about emotions, kids can begin to identify and understand their feelings, as well as the emotions of those around them. This understanding can help them communicate better, build stronger relationships, and increase empathy and compassion for others.

Through engaging stories and relatable examples, this book will give kids the tools to recognize and express their emotions. In addition, this book will help kids develop a greater sense of self-awareness and a deeper understanding of the emotions of others, eventually leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
