260 Asylum tells the harrowing tale of Bernadette Hill, a bright and kind-hearted 12-year-old girl living in Norwich, Connecticut. Her life is overshadowed by a dark family secret: her stepmother, Margaret, and father, Richard, have made a pact with Satan to gain wealth and power, agreeing to offer Bernadette's soul when she turns 13.

As her 13th birthday approaches, Bernadette begins to sense the growing danger around her.
