Odin's Chosen: The Rise of a King

Kor is the fastest rising star in the Kings army, even before he reaches young adulthood, he is put in charge of guarding the vessel of Odin, Princess Gwenna, the most precious jewel of the Kingdom. He is exceptional in all forms of combat and is a stickler for following all laws and rules but the villagers under his protection are happy and content with him in charge and know they have nothing to fear with him around.

When Kor goes off to war however, it spells some trouble for the kingdom. He is Gwenna's anchor that keeps her power as the vessel in check, since he is Odin's chosen person to be the next successor to the King. He becomes General immediately after his father dies like he always wanted.

However, there is an old enemy bent on revenge biding her time to strike. The old high priestess Gia, banished for threatening Gwenna's life when she was just a child chooses a most opportune time to go to the Northern Clans kingdom and negotiate revenge with their King.

Kor and Gwenna are betrothed while they are both young. With their slight age difference and the ups and downs of their destiny as well as what they want for themselves challenges their lives and actions.
