Training Camp

Reggie's day starts out bad when his cat Stitches gets outside and he can't find him. At school, the bully who's been bothering him all year won't let him alone, so at last Reggie fights back. Reggie's Mom decides it's more than just a bad day, and insists it is time he goes to learn about the magic he's had to hide all his life. Reggie's Uncle Seth takes him on a trip where he comes to the training camp. At last Reggie thinks he will learn about the many things he's been able to do ever since his dad died when he was young. Reggie is excited to finally be somewhere he won't have to hide what he can do. Instead, he gets into trouble because of his powerful magic and is confused why, in a place designed to teach him about magic, he still can't be just one of the other boys.
