The Unicorn and his Girl

Sometimes we can lose our colours, but Mother Nature can rebuild our rainbow with her beautiful sights and smells. We can listen to her colours, and even touch and taste them too. Sometimes we just need a friend to show us that our rainbow is always glowing inside of us, and then we can discover that there are many more colours than we ever knew.

This storybook was inspired by my daughter and her beautiful friendship with her pony, and how he helps her to calm her fuzzy mind when the world seems too busy for her. Walking through nature, they find their peace looking up in trees to watch the birds and bugs around them, but grounding in nature goes far beyond simply looking, the other senses are involved too. This book highlights the 5 senses being used in nature, through exploring the colours and rebuilding the rainbow, restoring your own calmness.
