We came together to create a diverse book with one objective in mind: mental health and well-being. Each writer brings a new perspective, from 15 year old Brady finding his tribe at Nerdcore, to 'The Mighty One' a hard rock band whose song about suicide, "Kickin' Stones," has become their latest album's top track, to the senior citizens whose lives have taken a turn for the better, or the worse, as the case may be.
