In this first of three novels in the saga of violence and mayhem we're introduced to the various characters vying for the G-code Crown. We meet Bella, a beautiful woman stripping in Atlanta, Georgia, who is the beginning cause of things going bad for many contenders for the crown. Things take a turn when she falls for a young drug dealer by the name of Honcho. She's attending college but her irresistible love for him takes her life for a tumbling turn. She's happy because the guy is everything she wants. He is treating her right, he buys her what ever she wants, and he keeps her coming back with his sex game. Even when she finds out he's a couple years younger than her-that doesn't stop how she feels for him. Being that she is a stripper she has 'tricks' that give her money from time to time. But her love and respect for Honcho is so strong that she eventually decided to become a bartender at the same strip club rather than continue to turn tricks for money. That's where matters become worse, because the more she fell in love with him the more she would do for him, basically doing what ever he would say. If that meant ripping guys off or setting them up she would do what ever it took for her man. Honcho, growing up in the street life, did not have a high regard for how his decisions would effect the people around him because all he truly cared about was making a bankroll. He still had major love for Bella but his desire for bringing the pain and getting rich were far more important.
The more money Honcho got the more respect he got. The more respect he got the more power and money he would be able to accumulate. But everyone knows in the streets there will always be people coming after your prize possessions even if it's not successful. That creates violence which then brings on beef and the police. The tragedy surrounding Bella will create a whirlwind of violence for Honcho, his enemies, and the police.
