Loved by a Beast: The Aftermath is an update on what's going on with the characters from Loved by a Beast, Shephard and Camina.

At the end of the story, Shep may have gotten his happily ever after, but he did not receive a happy ending. After 365 days, the full moon has returned. Filled with desperation, Shephard is unable to relish in the joy of being with Camina and their son due to his nagging determination to track down Simone and convince her to reverse the curse.

On what seems to be a wild goose chase, Shephard begins to feel as though his luck is running out. Little did he know, so was Camina's love.
