To some I was dead, a lie told for my own protection. To others I was a shameful secret that was never meant to come to light. I was beaten, scarred, but I never let them break me. I did the only thing I could to protect myself, I ran. I ran to Oak Ridge to escape my life and find the truth. A connection to the mother I never got to know.

I never thought he would be what I would find. Jake, the sexy, intimidating, overprotective biker who both scares the hell out of me and makes me feel safe all at the same time.
